It feels good to actually do some crafting. I'm done with working so many hours, I need my art to keep my life balanced.
These cards were a special order. Cindy got me a Slice when I was in California, and I have been using it a lot lately. I used it to make the angel wings.
And the Butterflies on this little canvas.
This album was one of the classes that we took last year at CHA, and I just got around to finishing it up. Of course, I added a ton of stuff to it to "make it mine." It's all done with Graphic 45 papers, and lots of gears and do-dads.
It has all kinds of pages, chipboard, acrylic and canvas.
I have been walking everyday with my friend, Sharon. We have walked in some yucky weather, but a few of the days it has been really beautiful outside.
Beautiful, but REALLY cold! This snow burm is about 5 feet high. It's a small one. The one next to the fire hall, is as tall as the building, almost 2 stories! We have had so much snow this year, and it hasn't stopped yet. We are being snowed upon as I type this post. I'm sure spring will be here soon. I can dream can't I? :)
Here are a few photos of town this week.
Camel Rock is looking a little cold!
This is the yard of one of our teacher's. That's her yard, surrounded by a 4 foot picket fence.
And this is Lollipop Park. I think that is a 5 foot fence.
I am still in awe everyday of the beauty that I am surrounded by. This is a little piece of heaven that I live in.
I am working on this really great denim banner this weekend. I hope to be done tomorrow, and then I'll post pictures.
Have a good weekend!
