Today was a first for me.

Yep, Shad took me out shooting today.
It was kinda scary, very loud,
but empowering!
I had fun.
We kept the kids home today, and had family day. One last day with Dad.
Tomorrow the teams arrive for the volleyball tourney, and we will all be helping out with that. I just realized that the trophies that I ordered were never shipped. Nice.
No trophies.
Life will go on.
Last weekend we had a Basketball tournament, and Chance received an award from the Lt. Governor presented by the City Manager.
He was given the Spirit of Youth Award for his help in heading up the city garbage pick up last summer. He earned a lot of money for the Booster Club and for their History Trip that the High School kids are taking to Boston in April.
I am a very proud Mom!! He's such a good boy :)
