I hate how that keeps happening!
On Saturday, I hosted our local Craft Social and Potluck. My High School Bestie made her dish at the social. She kinda did it as her craft. She showed me how to make Spring Rolls. Not the crispy kind, the kind in the transparent wrapper.
She put shrimp, cilantro, green onions, carrots, lettuce and rice noodles in them, and then made a peanut dipping sauce. OMG....they were fabulous. Taylor loved them too. It's funny how my girls like all the foods that I do, like sushi and Chinese food. She also made some smoked salmon Sushi that was fabulous too.
It was such a beautiful day. Only about 36 degrees, but sitting inside, looking out, you would have thought it was summer time. Look at our gorgeous views!

Isn't that a great view??
I have a few more pictures to show you.
This is another one of the Make and Takes that I did at CHA.
It's a cute little canvas, that will look great in my future Scraproom.
And here is a peek at Taylor's Homecoming book.
The right side isn't done, I am out of rings, and my order of new ones won't be here til later in the week. That's why it's sitting lopsided.

This was another class I took at CHA. It was sorta wierd. They gave us enough product to complete the front of each page. I'm sure they were trying to encourage us to buy their product, but whatever.

It's a gatefold album, with chipboard, acrylic, canvas and c-flute pages. I went through my stash and found some papers to match the ones they gave us, and I also added a few extra pages.
These are little canvas pocket pages. Sorry for the bad photography, not sure what my deal was that day.
After the glorious day we had on Saturday...
we woke up to more snow on Sunday!
But I love it, so it's OK!
I have a crazy busy week ahead of me. Chance and I are flying to Homer tomorrow to go to the dentist, then flying back just in time to teach a Family Album class. On Wednesday night I am teaching an egg roll making class. Nothing better than cooking and eating! Friday night I am doing Teen Night with Shad. I think we will do Rock Band/Guitar Hero and some Minute to Win it games. Then I'm sure we will be moving all weekend. Busy. Busy.
Talk to you soon!
