I have been busy in my Studio, creating some fun Christmas projects that I would love to share with you.
If you just happened to stumble across my Blog, head back to the Adornit Blog and start the Blog Hop from the beginning, you don't want to miss a thing!
Here is a Mini Album that I made using the new Christmas line from Little Yellow Bicycle.
All the pages are chipboard, and the front cover is Acrylic.
I used some of Tim Holtz's Fragment pieces and some left over scrapbook papers to make the charms that I tied from the book rings.
I used some "older" Heidi Swapp letters, in gold, for the title.
This is an accordion piece I made for the mantle. All the pieces used were scraps from another Christmas Project that I had finished. The three panels are 6x6 chipboard with paper adhered to both the front and back. Each panel is tied together with ribbon. The papers are Bo Bunnny, and the letters are Tim Holtz Grungeboard.
This is an Advent Calender I made from a cookie sheet, and lots of matchboxes.
I covered the cookie sheet with solid colored paper. All the numbers were printed out on my computer. I painted the inside of each box red, then each matchbox was wrapped with paper and embellished with flowers and ribbon and bling...oh my! I wrapped the outside edge of the cookie sheet with giant rick rack. I used A LOT of Stickles on this project. The matchboxes were velcroed onto the cookie sheet, so they could easily be removed to see what was inside.
I attached two clips to each side of the top of the cookie sheet, and tied ribbons from them to hang it. Fun project, the hardest part was finding all those boxes!
And here's one last little project to share with you.
I made this little Treat Box for each of the kids in my son's class. I used an empty Heidi Swapp clam shell package. Papers were all scraps from last year.
Thanks for stopping by today. If you would like a chance to win the Christmas Album pictured at the top, leave a comment and tell me where you're from. I'll draw a winner on Sunday night. Good luck!
